It looks kind of messy because I accidentally saved it us just a PNG and then not as a PSD, so when I put the picture on the card I had to try and do the best a can to clean up the stray marks.

Raid is always smoking, unless he is out or you tell him not to. His characteristic green smoke is from the smoke of the cigarettes mixing and clinging to the poisonous gases in his lunges, helping to clear them so they don't build up too much. If he goes without smoking for a while, his breath becomes poisonous.
He will do anything you tell him unless someone previously told him not to do that. He doesn't know why. Maybe it's his terrible indecisiveness, or his willingness to please other people and to be the person they want. He is quite easy to take advantage of.
